Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty

Prior to listing our home we researched a number of realtors for high ratings, high sales, length of time on the market, etc. We chose Sothebys Pellegrini/DeGeorge. Susan and Tony Pellegrini, and Karen DeGeorge were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful every step of the way. Because of their expertise and connections we had a full-price offer the morning after listing with Pellegrini/DeGeorge. We would strongly recommend this team for anyones realtor needs.

I highly recommend Karen DeGeorge. She is caring, professional and knows the Fountain Hills market. Always responsive, great negotiator and problem solver. I appreciated being kept in the loop with feedback from showings and made aware of the advertising of my home. Shes a great negotiator and was with me all the way throughout the sale. Great job, Karen!

We chose Realtor, Karen DeGeorge to sell my parents home. It was a difficult time for our family having to let go of a home that had so many fond memories. Karen was awesome! She was compassionate, responsive and assisted in every step of the way. The photos, video and advertising were all high quality and showcased the beauty of the home. She was able to sell the house quickly. The experience was beyond our expectations. Thank You Karen! From the Weber Family.

Karen was awesome! She immediately scheduled a photographer and put us on Zillow. My wife and I wanted to reconsider selling our house after seeing the pics on Zillow. Karen and her group were in constant contact with us. It was a win win for everyone!

Karen was an awesome agent! She always answered her phone and replied to emails swiftly. She had a really good understanding of the local market and went above and beyond and got our house sold! Her team was also very helpful. We would use her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
