The process of home buying was new to my fiancee and I, and after two failed home offers with other realtors. We decided to switch our strategy and go to Clemens and Sons where we met Iwona. She was really nice, had a great personality, and really felt like she was working with us. Our schedules are crazy so we always tried to squeeze in as many houses as possible within a day. Throughout the entire home process, Iwona was supportive, and always willing to work with us and our demands of what we were looking for and our time constraints. She sent us houses almost daily to get us ready for each weekend of houses to look at. Not only did she help us find the house, but she also helped us go through everything we needed to do in order to buy the house. She referred an attorney and inspection companies, and explained everything to us along the way. I couldn't imagine going through what we went through without her help. She made the home buying experience a pleasant one, and we recommend her to anyone out there looking for their first or next house.
