I would recommend Amanda to anyone a million times! We were blessed to have come across her when we weren't even looking for a Realtor! We found a house we fell in love in and we just knew was it! This is where we wanted to be and wanted to raise our son and if it wasn't for her I don't know if we would have been able to even get this dream house of ours! We we're actually told it was way out of budget and there was no way we could get it, and after being super discouraged, Amanda talked to our lender and the sellers and got them to come done on the price and ran some numbers and they made it work! We were so shocked and completely great ful! You definitely want a Realtor that will communicate with you and your lender and everyone involved and that's definitely Amanda! And anytime I have a question I can text her and she's replies in not even a minute with an answer! She's very easy to get a hold of! A lot of people say buying a house is the most stressful thing ever, but she has made it completely painless and super easy going! She's also very nice and pleasant to be around! We are so great full for everything she has done for us!
