Rupp's Real Estate

We closed on our DeLand house 9/22/2025 and Lynn Wheeler made this purchase so seamless, even with us being out of state most of the time. If we could give her a thousand stars, we definitely would! She went out of her way many times to make sure we were satisfied with this purchase and provided recommendations that will assist us with our move to DeLand. God Bless you abundantly, Lynn! We could not have had a better real estate agent!

Farrah was great since the first day we met her. She was very down to earth, helped us look at house after house til she seen smiles on our face. When we found an amazing house she helped us put in an offer and negotiate the offer, when that house turned out to need way to much work for us first time home buyers she helped us pull our offer and start over looking again. Never once being to pushy! When we went to a different area she was ok with it, and it was a drive for sure. She saw us light up and at the end of our tours that day we put in for the house that is now ours and we couldnt be anymore happier, with the house and with her! I'm so glad and thankful she was our realtor, even my husband who is quiet and picky said on day one aEURoeoh I like her, were gonna keep her as our agentaEUR? and we did and were re truly blessed! Thank you Farrah!

I Just reached out to Brendan McGilvray about looking at at house for sale. He responded back in 2 minutes which is impressive. We are going to schedule a day next week to look at the house. He gave me enough information to make want to see the house. Look forward to meeting him next week

Matt did an amazing job helping my family relocate from Virginia to Florida. He was extremely patient and took the necessary time to show us home after home after home. Even though we got frustrated, he never made us feel rushed or pressured. He wanted to ensure that the house we purchased was truly our next home. There were moments where he sacrifice time with his family just because we were only in town for the weekend or for a day or two. Matt is amazing and he is our forever realtor in Florida.

Worked with Farrah or a couple months then agent just ghosted us. No reply or communication. Stopped responding and never followed up. Waited for calls to advance a contract but she never called or text after several communication and two weeks of no responses.
