Edmund helped us successfully close on our home and handled the process professionally from start to finish. He was responsive when it counted, kept things on track, and delivered results. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable agent who follows through.

Edmund did an outstanding job getting our condo sold. In a tough market, he helped us get a cash offer, a great sale price, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Edmund did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our mountain home. He knows the area very well, which is instrumental when you are not located in your desired area of purchase. He went above and beyond helping understand our needs and desires for our second home, met with our family, and coordinated any property options that would serve our needs. We landed the perfect home for our family, and he was involved all the way through closing, insurance and even inspections after we closed. He's a delight to work with!

We sold a condo in WP while living in Denver. The process was much easier than it should have been because we worked with Edmund. We got the right price, and having someone local willing to help makes a huge difference. From knowing who to call to fix something that only breaks once you list, to stopping by to handle something in five minutes that would take you four hours, you wont regret working with Edmund. Easy to reach, nice guy, and knows what hes doing. Highest recommendation.
