I had a lot of questions and she did a good job finding the answers if she did not already know the answer. I recommend her because she also has lots of contacts within the community for anything that may come up. 10/10 I will use her again & recommend her to my friends and family.

Kristine was fantastic to work with as a first-time homebuyer. She had a wealth of contacts for everything from inspections to roofing, and she helped me understand the true value of the home I was buying so I could build a strong negotiation strategy. The negotiations were tough, but with Kristines guidance, we were able to reach a fair deal and successfully close on the house. I look forward to working with her again when its time to buy my second home.
