Royal Shell Real Estate

Lauren did a great job of representing my wife and I, both buying our new home and selling our old home. She has a good knowledge of the real estate market is SW Florida and has a good team helping her. We would recommend her for your real estate needs.

My husband and I recently decided to purchase a home in the Cape Coral area. We had no prior knowledge of the area and didn't know where we ultimately wanted to end up. We stumbled upon Lauren and Jake by chance, and we are so grateful that we did! We looked at several homes that offered a wide range of amenities, views, location, etc., and Lauren and Jake listened to us and helped us decide the perfect house for us. They both went above and beyond for us making sure that all of our questions were answered, being available to assist us with tasks we needed completed since we primarily live out of state, and being so kind and professional throughout the whole process! Another thing that is so nice about these two is that they are REAL and tell you the truth about properties, locations, etc. We would highly recommend working with these two, and we have already put some of our friends in contact with them! Thank you guys for everything!

Our experience was first rate from start to finish. Lauren and Jake are real pros. Their knowledge of the homes in CC is incredible, and they have a strong command of values in the area. They are very responsive and always went above and beyond to support us in our search, the resulting purchase transaction and even our post-closing move-in. They were very patient with us and always seemed eager to keep looking. We are not from the area, and so we relied extensively on them to make our visits to the area productive. They really care about their clients, and we recommend them without reservation! We love our new house in CCaEUR"thanks, Lauren and Jake!!!

Lauren Stock was absolutely outstanding as our buyers agent. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth, organized, and stress-free. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and ability to truly understand what we were looking for set her apart right away. Lauren was always responsive, proactive, and willing to go the extra mileaEUR"whether it was scheduling showings quickly, answering our questions, or guiding us through every step with clear and honest advice. We never felt pressured; instead, we felt supported and confident in every decision we made. What really stood out was her professionalism and dedication. She advocated for us throughout the process and made sure everything stayed on track all the way to closing. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to buy a home. Shes truly top-notch.

Lauren we are very grateful and blessed to find the correct person to help us find our new home in a new state. You made the process easy and effortless. She went to homes that fit what we were looking for and made sure they were safe and neighbors were friendly. Lauren would go to homes and video the homes for us, so that we could see what they actually looked like and negotiate on our behalf. I would recommend her to anyone buying in the Cape coral or Fort Myers area.
