I couldn't have been more thankful for Marisol during my first home buying process. She was always available to answer any questions I had before and during closing as well was so helpful getting me in to tour open houses as soon as she could. Marisol and her team made the transition so seamless and I couldn't be more thankful!

Marisol was wonderful to work with. She made the entire process go as smoothly as possible. She went above and beyond during negotiations and her experience and expertise made all the difference.

Marisol has extensive knowledge about the neighborhood, the local businesses, and the housing market. She went out of her way to be sure I had the resources I needed to get through the process, to find what I needed, and to settle into the home. She is quick to respond, and works with a great team of people who know exactly what they are doing.

Working with Marisol Franco was an amazing experience from start to finish. She spent a lot of time patiently walking us through every single step of the process so we always felt confident. At the same time, she invested serious time and effort into helping us prep our house and producing beautiful, top-tier marketing materials. Thanks to her incredible dedication, expert preparation, and fast action, our home sold in less than a month! We could not be happier with our experience and highly recommend Marisol to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Marisol is the BEST. We sold our house within 24 hours of posting the sale due to Marisol 's expertise. We had already relocated approximately 1000 miles away. Marisol pretty much took us by the hand to make sure we got the best price possible for our house. Marisol knows her stuff. We followed her advice. She is a wonderful communicator. She knows what people want in a house. She staged our house BEAUTIFULLY. We had a well over asking price offer within 24 hours of posting the house for sale. I highly recommend Marisol. She knows how to sell your house!
