Alan was terrific in helping us get our house sold. The first thing he did for us was introduce us to a lady who has an eye for staging. She came through the house and made recommendations for things we could do to improve the look and feel or the place. This proved to be quite valuable and the service was included in the commission we paid. Step two was photographs and Alan works with a guy who is great with the camera. Our photos were beautiful. Step three was to analyze similar properties that had sold recently in the area. These numbers helped us know how to price our house. So with those things done Alan got us listed and sold within two weeks. He was great with negotiating with our buyers and getting everything in order for a smooth and easy closing. I highly recommend Alan Parks. Our experience with him was outstanding.

Alan Parks is an outstanding and honest realtor as well as an exceptional person. Throughout the process of selling our home, he took the time to explain every option and each process. He listened to what we were trying to accomplish personally and took our wishes and concerns into consideration at every level. His knowledge as a new realtor was impressive. Several other realtors we consulted seemed more concerned with their own desires and reputations than with ours and we are very glad that we decided to let Alan handle the sale of our house.The sale went through in what we would consider record time, that is 6 days.
