Buying a home is one of the biggest and most stressful decisions you will ever have to make. Gretchen made this entire experience stress and worry free. She was always available to show us homes and was patient and knowledgeable during every property we visited. Once the buying process started, she made sure we didnt miss anything. The paperwork can be extensive and it was nice to know someone was looking out for you. When issues arose, Gretchen handled them as soon as she could and she always had our best interest. She consistently checked in with us throughout the buying process and helped us with our transition. She recommended service providers from cable to trash collectors. She answered all of our questions and was always one step ahead of us. Gretchen was wonderful to work with and we will recommend her to our family and friends! We arent planning on moving anytime soon, but if we were, wed call Gretchen in a heartbeat!

Rosendale Realty comes thru for you! I had two rental properties in Centreville, MD I wanted to sell and was not having luck with the realtor I was using. So I switched to Rosendale,when a complete stranger that lived in the area told me that Rosendale Realty was a good local Realtor. The agent I contracted with was Gretchen Wichlinski. She was personable and easy to work with and she did work! She sold the first house this past summer and then I put the second house on the market. She sold that house in 6 months. So she sold two houses for me this year. I was so afraid I would have a hard time selling that second house but Gretchen did it! She told me it will sell and I believed her because I know how hard she works to get the job done. Gretchen kept me informed how things were going the whole time. I highly recommend Rosendale Realty and especially Gretchen Wichlinski.

It is with great pleasure I pass along my experience of working with Gretchen Wichlinski. It would have been very easy, and certainly understandable, for Gretchen to pass on being Realtor for the sale of the house I was tasked to sell. I am the Personal Representative of an Estate.
