I would HIGHLY recommend Abby Rose. We recently sold our home with her, and she made the process incredibly easy. She was there from the moment we decided to list until closing, helping us with every step and answering all of our questions. Her communication was outstanding; she let us know exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. She even helped by securing contractors for small projects we needed to get done to make our house more marketable. I felt like once we signed our contract with her, I barely had to do anything! Abby was always friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and driven. I could tell that she?s passionate about her profession and that shows in her attention to detail. I also never felt pressured at all in the process, and all options (like listing price, offers, etc.) were presented to us clearly along the way. I really can?t say enough good things about my experience with Abby, and would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent and work with her again in the future. Also, as a side note, we sold our house mid COVID pandemic and she was always very respectful and wore a mask when in our house, following all recommended guidelines.

As a first-time homebuyer with no knowledge of the process, starting this journey was very scary for me. I was introduced to Abby through a mutual friend and was immediately blown away by her professionalism and extensive knowledge. She graciously put up with dozens of my questions and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. She was constantly reaching out with properties that fit my criteria, attending open houses with me, and overall making me feel like a priority in what I'm sure is a very busy schedule. In the end, she was able to not only find exactly what I wanted but it was also under budget! From start to finish I was continuously impressed with Abbys diligence and attention to detail. She tackles everything with grace and is one of the most boss women Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I cannot recommend Abby enough! I thought I was just being introduced to a realtor but I walked away with a new home as well as a new friend.
