Going with Abigail was the best decision I could of made! Abby made this process so easy and smooth, and she helped me close on only the second house we looked at! Abby is really professional, she made sure to tell me of every option, and explained what would happen and what would come next. If I didn?t understand something she made sure to explain until I fully understood. She was always there to help, if I had a question or wanted to know something she made sure to have an answer or solution as quickly as possible! She?s definitely the best in the business, I highly recommend her and I would choose her again in a heart beat if I have to go through this process again!

I was with another agent before Abigail I kept getting out bid on houses and I was ready to give up on buying a house then my friend referred me to Abigail and switch to Abigail was the absolute best decision I made we went to look at one house and I told I wanted the house and she made it happen in less than 22 days I closed on the house highly highly recommend Abigail very professional and knowledgeable.

Abigail helped me look at different apartments I was looking to rent. She is extremely knowledgeable and was quick to answer all questions I had for her. Abby Rose was amazing. We are first time homebuyers and knew very little about the buying process. Abby was beyond helpful, kind, and patient with all of our questions and requests. She was very quick to answer our questions and found the answers if she didn?t know them. She worked with our odd schedule and would meet us or take our calls/texts whenever we needed to speak to her. She was very kind and I truly feel like she had our best interest at heart. I would HIGHLY recommend Abby Rose. We recently sold our home with her, and she made the process incredibly easy. She was there from the moment we decided to list until closing, helping us with every step and answering all of our questions. Her communication was outstanding; she let us know exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. She even helped by securing contractors for small projects we needed to get done to make our house more marketable. I felt like once we signed our contract with her, I barely had to do anything! Abby was always friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and driven. I could tell that she?s passionate about her profession and that shows in her attention to detail. I also never felt pressured at all in the process, and all options (like listing price, offers, etc.) were presented to us clearly along the way. I really can?t say enough good things about my experience with Abby, and would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent and work with her again in the future. Also, as a side note, we sold our house mid COVID pandemic and she was always very respectful and wore a mask when in our house, following all recommended guidelines.
