Rosario Realty

Bob made my home-buying experience smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. He was extremely informative and kept me updated throughout every step of the process, so I always knew what was happening. Anytime I had a question or concern, he was just a phone call away and always had the answer I needed. His knowledge, communication, and dedication gave me confidence throughout the entire journey. If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares, keeps you informed, and is always there when you need him, I highly recommend Bob.

Bob and Sarah worked so hard to make sure we found our new home. Sarah was super flexible to help make looking at the many many homes we toured possible and she went out of her way to helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Bob is super knowledgeable in this field and can connect you with just about anyone you would need to help service your home.

We enjoyed working with Bob. We sold our family home in Parkton and bought a condo in Turf Valley. Bob wrote the contract for the condo with an escalation clause which secured our purchase. There were several offers and ours won because of that clause. Bob was easy to work with and we'd use him again.

From start to finish the Mikelskas Team was there whenever we needed, often responding to us outside of their normal working hours to help accommodate the time zone difference. Also, due to the distance they were able to arrange video walkthroughs of houses. Their extended network of experts were fantastic at home inspection process, and financing saving us money while navigating various home loan programs to help us find a way to buy a home. I would highly recommend them for your house buying needs.
