I highly recommend ROOM Real Estate! Selling a home in the Santa Cruz mountains can be very challenging as it is a unique market that often bucks the trends set by areas over the hill. Thankfully, Jayson, having grown up here, knows the area as well as anyone else. From the start, Jayson and his team were professional, responsive and informative. They know what it takes to become a top listing and they ensured every detail was captured right, even if they had to do it twice. I didn't have to lift a finger as their team took care of staging, photos and property prep. And they shared their proven selling strategy which took into account the market, my property and my goals priorities in the sale so we could align on the approach. Once we listed, ROOM gave my property plenty of marketing attention, running open houses, running feature promotions and drawing on their deep area network. Despite the market taking a turn, ROOM weathered the storm with me and showed dexterity in their ability to pivot and think out of the box. Once I started getting offers in, they used the first offer to encourage others from buyers who had previously toured or shown interest, helping ensure a fair purchase price for the home. And they coordinated all of the different project elements-- inspections, repairs, appraisals, addenda etc.--seamlessly while coaching me and drilling down on anything I wanted to move slower on. Despite having serious unexpected issues come up during the process, the team worked day and night to resolve every single one. Where other agents would have given up, Jayson and his team pushed hard to ensure the deal closed, showing their professionalism, experience and commitment to their clients, and today we closed!! They should honestly get a medal for all the work they did; so as consolation, I'm leaving them this 5-star review.

Communication is, for me, as important as expertise, and Magdiel was very quick to answer questions when we had them. That's not to say she didn't have the expertise, but the two skills go hand in hand, and with Magdiel, we were never waiting for her expertise.

Leslie made our home purchase so smooth and always keep me inform of everything. She is friendly and very professional, I will totally recomend her to friends and family. Leslie treated me like family, she is very knowledgeable and will always have an answer for any question. Shes beyond amazing.
