RONI STERIN PA

If youre buying a home in Broward County, especially West Broward, Roni Sterin is your agent! She is an expert in the area and perfectly guided and supported my familys first home purchase. This home checked every box and literally would not be ours without Ronis expertise, knowledge and tenacity. She was patient as my budget, home criteria and even location changed. She is honest and realistic. She is the kind of agent you want in your corner - to either find your new home or sell your current one.

Awesome team, made the process manageable. Well connected locally. Great communication and responsiveness. Resourceful and creative. Good source of referrals for related services. Realistic.

In a very challenging market, Roni and her team were able to get our house sold! From the excellent video and professional pictures to the constant marketing on all forums and open houses, we felt like we were a priority even with everything else that was going on. I am thankful for all the guidance and help throughout the process and could not have closed without the knowledge and experience the entire team brings to the table. I felt like they had our interest at heart in negotiating and guaranteeing the best outcome possible.

We had a challenging home sale in what was a very difficult buyers market, and Roni and David worked with us through the process with patience and persistence. While it took longer than we had hoped to sell, they never stopped working to get the job done. What really stood out to us was how much they went above and beyond after we had already moved out of state. They coordinated trash removal, handled issues that came up during the inspections, and made sure necessary repairs were taken care of even though we were no longer there to manage things ourselves. Knowing that we could trust them to take care of those details from a distance made an already stressful process so much easier. We truly appreciated their dedication, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for Realtors who will stick with you and take care of you throughout the entire process.

Roni Sterin is simply the best! Thanks to Ronis expertise, our home was listed and closed in less than a month and at a great price. She connected us with trusted professionals who helped get our home market-ready, and her guidance and communication throughout the process were exceptional. Ronis negotiating skills, professionalism, and genuine care made selling our home easy and stress-free. We highly recommend Roni to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
