My husband and I kept hearing about Roni and how excellent she is and that she can get a home sold in record time. After signing with her the first day our home was listed on the market she was there having an open house. Her work ethic is amazing. She has an amazing work ethic and throughout the whole process she was always patient, understanding, extremely knowledgeable of the housing market especially Cooper City, (Our family refers to her as the "Queen of Cooper City") and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Roni guided us every step of the way throughout the sale and made sure she was always reachable to explain and answer any questions or concerns we may have had. We always felt like we were her priority, when we knew she was busy helping other families find/sell their dream homes too. even after the closing she has called several times to check in. We consider Roni a friend for life.
