Lonnie came recommended very highly by some of my close friends. I called him up when I started considering buying, and he answered in literally a second and a half -- and by the end of the call, we had a plan for him to come meet me at my current place 11AM the next day. I would give him six stars for responsiveness, were such a thing permitted. And of course, he's not just fast. He knows... everything about this stuff. The man was clearly put on this planet to help houses change hands as satisfyingly as possible. He knows the area, he knows the players in this game, he knows what's a great deal and what's a trap, and he's 100% transparent about it the whole time, willing to teach teach you anything any step of the way. He has no reason to con or fast-talk you because he's the best at what he does and it shows. I truly must credit my sanity throughout this process to him. When he showed me some listings and I spent all night analyzing and breaking down the pros and cons of all the condos in the area, I sent him the info Friday morning and by nightfall he had 7 tours lined up for Saturday. He drove me to each one and left with a tin of the best ginger snaps I've ever eaten, turning what could have been a stressful day into a legitimately fun one. I can't recommend him highly enough.
