There were many physical and emotional hurdles to overcome selling our mothers property and they proved daily why they are so successful. Calling on their vast experience, their suggestions on pricing and timing turned out to be spot on. They were aided by an excellent photographer and Title company. When we ran into a tenant issues near the end, they negotiated masterfully, handled paperwork, communications and meetings efficiently and persisted at every turn until each problem was solved and a final solution found. For all this we will be eternally grateful.
