Rodeo Realty

David is a very efficient and professional agent. He did everything he could to sell our house, including holding an open house every weekend. His communication was always clear, short, and to the point. Davids positive energy, hard-working attitude, and great communication skills make him one of a kind. I truly appreciate everything he did for us and highly recommend him.

David is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to real estate! He is always on my side, making things happen and pushing to get the best possible deals. His dedication, expertise, and persistence set him apart from the rest. Ive already purchased multiple properties with his help, and as long as David is around, I wouldnt think of working with anyone else. If youre looking for a realtor who truly has your best interests at heart and delivers results, David is the one. Highly recommend!

I sold my rental property with David and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, he made the whole process smooth, stress free and actually enjoyable. He kept a close eye on the property throughout the sale, kept me updated regularly and made it easy for me to stay hands off which was important to me. He gave thoughtful advice and never once came off as pushy, which I really appreciated after interviewing other agents who felt more like salespeople. David went above and beyond to make sure everything got done right and he made me feel supported every step of the way. We also sold for much higher than our goal price! If youre looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with, I cant recommend him enough.

David went above and beyond for my family. We needed to sell quickly and get the most for our home. David lead us in the best way to get our home ready to sell and then worked tirelessly to get the job done. He also hooked us up with the perfect realtor and lender in our new area. David wont just be your realtor, he will be your friend. I highly suggest him!

David is such a force, and so helpful. He truly has made both buying and selling my home the easiest, smoothest, and most lucrative process. Highly recommend his assistance with any buying or selling needs!
