Rodeo Realty

We couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Tina. She was always available, incredibly responsive, and went far beyond what we expected. Her professionalism, local knowledge and genuine care gave us complete confidence throughout the process of buying a home. We highly recommend Tina to anyone looking to buy a home in Southern California.

Buying or selling, Tina Fanelli Moraccini is the only realtor you need to call. Tina is a close family friend, which is why we trusted her with something deeply personal: selling our family home of 50 years. That's not just a transaction and Tina never treated it like one. From our very first conversations, we knew she was the right person. She listened, she understood what was at stake and she brought the perfect combination of warmth, professionalism and expertise to every step of the process. Her team, including her photographer, knew exactly what to capture. Her listing was pitch perfect. Her open houses, her negotiations, all of it handled with care and skill. She ultimately found buyers who fell in love with the house exactly as it was. That's not luck. How Tina showed up for our family was irreplaceable. She kept us in the loop at every step. She brought calm, positive energy to every twist and turn. She felt the weight of this moment right alongside us. This was never about closing a deal. It was about honoring a beloved legacy. She treated it like it was her own. Her knowledge of the real estate and regulatory landscape was current, sharp, and invaluable. We trusted her judgment completely. That trust was earned and honored. Having Tina sell that house was one of the best decisions we ever made. She made it possible, and she made it meaningful.

Tina was an amazing realtor- the situation with my purchase was really complicated and she was there every step of the way, incredibly patient and helpful- even after the purchase! highly recommend.

In the past 50 years, my wife and I have bought and sold homes in Connecticut, New York, Wyoming, Ohio and Massachusetts, so we're not rookies in the real estate game. In all those years and through all those transactions, there has never been another real estate agent we've enjoyed working with more than Tina. As the headline above states, she is simply the best!

Tina was very helpful in finding our home in Los Angeles Miracle Mile district. She carefully listened to what we were looking for and understood our initial feedback. We found the property within a short period of time and within the budget. Thank you very much!
