Kristina was extremely knowledgeable about the area and what houses were available. She also made sure to be available to look at houses as we were only in town for a short amount of time. When we chose the house that we wanted to purchase, she did well in negotiating the contract for us. Kristina also made sure that everyone was on track to get the water tests and inspection completed. We will definitely use her again, and will let anyone know about her that needs a realtor!
