Patrick was impressive in the way he facilitated the sale of our home in a timely and professional manner despite there being a pandemic at the time. He made a video virtual "showing" which showcased its assets so interested parties could see what we loved about our home. We received an offer almost immediately and Patrick walked us through and kept us informed of the process until closing. The closing happened as anticipated.
