Robyn is the best agent Ive worked with by far. She helped me sell my home and purchase a new one. When searching for a new home she was extremely patient and encouraging. She was more than happy to look at any house I was interested in, even multiple times as we visited one listing three different times. I really felt like I was able to find the perfect fit for us as there was no rush or pressure from Robyn to choose a home. She is extremely knowledgeable about her industry and I felt I could trust her expertise. Robyn also has contacts for other jobs we needed along the way beyond just inspectors and law offices. When I was ready to sell my home I felt like she was the obvious choice. She was very realistic in walking me through what the process may be like and what we may reasonably get for the home. She went above and beyond and was even willing to meet contractors I had fixing a couple small things on the house. She did a fantastic job marketing my home and has an amazing photographer/videographer. I received a full price offer on my home the second day it was listed. We had a lot of back and forth with the buyers agent after accepting the offer and I feel like she excelled at advocating for what I wanted professionally and cordially. I truly felt she had my best interests in mind during both transactions and that she was completely dedicated to being a part of every step of the processes.

Robyn did an excellent job of helping us find our new home. My boyfriend and I were both first time homebuyers with a reasonable list of 'wants' for our new home. The listings she sent were indicative of what we said we wanted. When we went to viewings, she was very helpful in getting us to envision if we could see ourselves living in each of the homes. For instance, the first home had a garage (which was one of our non-negotiables)...but man, was it small. When we went into it, at first she didn't say anything. I was trying to talk myself into liking it and then she commented "Keep in mind those stairs are space will make it even tighter once you get one car in here...let alone two." We viewed several homes, and all but the last gave us a lukewarm feeling at best. The final home, my boyfriend viewed in my absence while I was on a girl's trip getaway. He called me once he got home, wanted to know when I returned because he thought this was it. I got back later on a Sunday, but Robyn still got us entry into the house and am I glad she did. Because I knew it was supposed to be ours. All these little details that I didn't know I would like, this home had them. Wouldn't you know, she also brought a contract for this home when my boyfriend brought me out here to look at it. She knew us well enough to know we'd probably want to submit an offer. It was an excellent experience. Advice I would like to offer is, use who Robyn recommends for your financing. I have a background in mortgage underwriting, did everything right and still ended up irritated due to incompetence the day before closing because of the lender we used.

Robyn was great! I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a house. Made the process very smooth as a first time home buyer. She directed me away from some properties that had hidden imperfections that I would not have seen with an untrained eye. She definitely wanted the best for me.
