Robert Pitts and his team is Top Tier! He is the king of Ladera Heights. They are knowledgable, quick, efficient and very caring about families. His response time was always fast and communicated extremely well. Robert and his team are very hands on, they catered to our requests and really were great at negotiating with the buyer. We felt that our best interest was put forward. We also got help with the movers as well. Super helpful. The service is impeccable and I would absolutely recommend Robert and his team again and again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert Pitts to sell two of my properties: my investment property (Duplex) in the Mid City area and my home in Ladera Heights. From start to finish, Robert and his team provided exceptional support and guidance throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the market made both sales smooth and stress-free. I was thoroughly impressed with how Robert communicated every step of the way, ensuring I felt informed and confident in my decisions. I highly recommend Robert Pitts to anyone in need of a dedicated and experienced realtor. Thank you, Robert, for making this experience a positive one.

Working with Robert Pitts from Robert Pitts Luxury Estates was truly a blessing during my probate sale. This was a time sensitive situation, and Robert was referred to me as someone who could step in quickly and guide me through the process and he absolutely delivered. Robert took the time to sit with me, explain everything clearly, and immediately connected me with an excellent probate attorney, who helped get all the necessary paperwork in order. As soon as the property was shown, we received multiple offers, and I was able to close escrow in just 15 days. Roberts team made the entire experience as stress free as possible. His assistant Juan was incredibly helpful, and Robert even had a great handyman referral who helped clean out the property. Their professionalism, communication, and support were exceptional from start to finish. I can confidently say that if you need real estate help especially with something as delicate as a probate sale, I highly recommend working with Robert Pitts and his team.

I have had the pleasure of working with Robert Pitts for the past 15 years regarding my real estate needs, both in buying and selling properties. In 2024 and 2025, Robert successfully sold three of my properties. In February 2025, I closed escrow on my third purchase in Ladera Heights, which truly is my dream home. As always, it was a fantastic experience working with Robert, his assistant Juan, and his entire team. They consistently make the selling and purchasing process seamless and enjoyable. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated agent in Ladera Heights and the surrounding areas, I highly recommend reaching out to Robert Pitts. M.S. Seller and Buyer
