We came to work with Chris through a family connection that had done a few real estate transactions with her. Since we were from out of state and basically had no knowledge of the real estate markets at the Cape, we welcomed the referral.We looked on and off through the years. Finally we were in position to buy, Chris was right with us as we put our search into high gear. With her savvy and knowledge of the area we went on a whirlwind of showings over several weekends. Chris was a patient guide. If we liked something she would follow up with research, including visits to the town hall. When we needed to fast track financing Chris had just the company who could do it. We closed in month. When we needed a lawyer her referral was right on target. So all in all through Chris we were able to make our dream of owning a house on the Cape Cod a reality with a lot of attentive service and a minimal amount of stress. We felt represented through the whole process by a competent professional.

Christine was referred to us from a relative who was very happy with her as their realtor for a house they bought in Chatham last year. Our relatives spoke very highly of Christine highlighting her knowledge of the area, desire to find her customers the house they are looking for, and a low key but effective sales approach. We found all of this to be true in our interactions with Christine throughout our home buying experience. In addition, Christine was very responsive to our phone calls and emails. She went above and beyond to recommend various people in the Harwich area including our attorney and contractors for various estimates. Christine initially took the time to understand our house requirements in terms of budget, style and location via phone conversations and email. We then came down and spent the better part of a day seeing several houses with Christine. She was very patient in showing us houses as we gave her our impressions of what we liked and didnt like. Christine was very honest about the availability of houses in our budget and had great insight to where we should focus our search.
