Robert Defalco Realty

Had great experience with Eileen to sell my house. She gave us a couple very helpful advises. She made very professional photos of the property by herself. The most important, that she cares about our selling price. With Eileen we were able to get the top price and sell our house in minutes. Highly recommend!!!!

Debra Cardone was an excellent real estate agent from start to finish! When I told her what I wanted in a home, she listened and provided listings that met my requirements and were in my price range. She was always available, reliable and reachable whenever appointments were made. She never gave up in finding me the perfect home, even when it seemed hopeless. She was determined by sending new listings daily as soon as they popped on the market. Once I found the home I wanted to put an offer on, she negotiated to help me get the lowest price possible. Whenever the closing process seemed to be at a standstill, she would reach out to lawyers, lenders, etc, to get updates and keep the process moving seamlessly. I COULD NOT have found my house or handle the stress of the closing process without her! I have worked with many real estate agents through the years and no one has been more dedicated, smart and motivated like she was. I would recommend her to loved ones and use her again for future moves!

James knew what we wanted and needed from the first day. I was helping my mother move to a one level due to mobility issues so certainly visiting many places was not in her best interests. He screened listings and when one fit her list of needs they went - they found - they made an offer. His guidance through the buying process top notch. Then we needed to sell her place - in a market where interest rates skyrocketed, and market took a turn. He was calm and reassuring and three months later, closed! He was helpful above and beyond, offering to be there when needed and even helped get my mother to the closing so she wouldn't worry about the walk from the car to the door. Thank you James, I highly recommend!

Debra Cardone has helped me find my new wonderful house, she?s very responsive to all my text messages and phone calls at all times. Very good with interacting with my family, took into consideration what my Wife desired in a new home. She was very honest and upfront with the adjustments the house needed. I would recommend Debra Cardone to anyone who is looking for a new home and have someone who understands them by their side. Having someone like her truly meant the most to my family and I. I can?t thank God and Debra enough for all the hard work she put in, even with everything going on with the pandemic. The effort did not go unnoticed, she?s kindhearted, devoted and professional with the whole process. All thanks to her today I am a owner of a beautiful new home.Thank you.

Eileen went over and above finding the right match for our needs. During this most difficult of times, throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, she worked tirelessly finding a buyer for our family home built in 1888. We were so pleased with her friendly, personal handeling of our unique situation.
