Lavina Samtani provided exceptional service from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me sell my house during a highly stressful time. I am incredibly grateful for Lavina's support throughout the closing process; she was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the final steps. Lavina made the entire home-selling experience a financial success for me. I highly recommend Lavina Samtani to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Lavina was the best in helping us find the perfect place for us as first time home owners. She was professional, courteous, and answered every question we had regardless of how simple or complex it was. She was very responsive through call, text, and email, and anytime we had a question about the home she would immediately contact the sellers agent and we would have an answer within hours. We felt like she always represented our best interests throughout our offer to closing, and helped us to work with the seller to have multiple repairs done that made our new home safer. She checked in with us every step of the way, and helped us find the perfect place for us and negotiated strongly to get it within our budget. We were so lucky to have her and are so thankful with how hard she worked on our behalf with us, our lender, and title company.

I met Lavina Samtani at an open house in Germantown, and she was super friendly and easy to talk to. After that, we arranged to start looking for a house together. I had to stop my search for almost a year because of some personal stuff, but when I reached out again, she picked up right where we left off. She was just as kind and helpful as before. Even after we passed on a few houses, she never gave up on us and never pushed us to buy anything we didnt want. She gave us honest advice based on our budget, helped us get the seller to cover some of the closing costs, and reminded us to make sure the home warranty was transferred from the previous owner. She also gave us tips on how to settle into our new place, which really helped. Lavina was patient, supportive, and truly cared about finding the right home for us. I'm really glad we had her by our side, and I would definitely recommend her to any buyer looking for someone who actually cares.

I had a wonderful experience working with Lavina. She was very patient throughout the entire process, always listened carefully, and truly understood our needs. She never pushed us toward something we did not want or need. Instead, she focused on helping us find a house that matched our needs and budget. Her professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness made the process much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend Lavina to anyone looking to buy a home.

Lavina was outstanding in handling our sale. She is a true professional. She offered advice, guidance, and real time assistance as she walked us through every step of the process from our first meeting through the settlement. I would highly recommend her for your next real estate transaction.
