Larry Prigal was my agent three years ago (as a first-time home buyer), and he was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, well-prepared, and friendly. He met with me to understand what I was looking for in a home, and he selected properties that fit those criteria (including price). His customer service is unparalleled. He responded to all phone calls and emails quickly, sometimes within minutes after sending an email. He shares his expertise but never pressures. He made sure that I bought the home I really loved rather than pushing me in a direction that would guarantee him the highest commission. When Larry was out of town for a few days during my home-buying process, Richard stepped in to answer all questions and did so without any loss of service. I continue to make use of his expertise by seeking recommendations for plumbers or painters. He also answered several questions I had when I recently refinanced my home. Larry continues to provide amazing service even though I am no longer his client.
