We primarily work with Larry and on our first outing to look at homes, he gave us a great overview of the home buying process and while looking at homes he was so helpful to point out areas of consideration about our investment. For example if a home looked to have previous water damage, appliances that would need to be replaced based on average life of the equipment, re-sale considerations and long term maintenance considerations. He was never pushy or rushed, he was very informative and masterful of the process. When it came time to make an offer and move through the contract process, we could not have been more appreciative of his expertise. We hope to send referrals to the Prigal Brothers for years to come!

This was in 2003, when the housing market was incredibly aggressive, so it was a stressful endeavor, but Larry really helped me through it. For that reason, after I got married and my husband and I decided to to rent our home and buy a new house in 2012, we called Larry again. Larry helped us list our house, find a tenant, and showed us both existing homes and new construction. We chose to build a new house, again a much more daunting process that Larry knew all about. We trust his advice without question! He is also a wealth of information if you need a recommendation for anything having to do with your home, such as repairmen or even a good CPA. Larry never leaves you waiting for a response either. He was once hospitalized while working with us, and his brother called us and worked with us for a few days until Larry was back on his feet. Larry texted or called us himself as well during that time, even though we assured him he didn't need to. He's really the best real estate agent you will ever work with.
