I have to admit. Real estate people are not normally aEURoemy people.aEUR? Dina changed my mind instantly when my husband and I met her over zoom on NYE 2021. She was warm, funny and genuinely interested in finding our dream home. She won us over and we didnt look any further. She selected homes and sent us a list. Sure enough, she found our dream home that day - a contemporary in Silver Spring. She dropped everything on NYE and went to take a video of the home. We fell in love and she put her best foot forward for us, every hour of the day. She is detail oriented and an advocate in addition to really knowing the game and playing it really well. We beat out multiple offers and went under contract within days. Yay!!! She has a talent for making this process pain free. Nothing is too small. She keeps us on track, she is kind and supportive and diligent and has a knack for knowing what you need before you know you need it. Dina was so phenomenal to work with that I am writing my first-ever review (of anything ever, literally). Her expertise is absolutely outstanding - she's extremely knowledgeable and advocates powerfully for her clients while maintaining a perfect balance of assertiveness and tact. What makes Dina truly exceptional is her ability to be both a supportive presence and a total professional - she provided exceptional emotional support throughout an emotionally-charged process and made me feel completely secure at every step. I never felt pressured by her at any point. On top of that, she managed my expectations - always keeping them realistic, then consistently exceeding them in ways that amazed me. My husband and I were referred to Dina Thomas by another Compass agent who sold our house in New Jersey when my husband received military orders to the DC area. Some highlights about working with this team for us: They are responsive, knowledgeable, listened to our needs and wants, flexible with our schedules, and offered honest, supportive advice throughout the home buying process. While going through the buying process from out of state, Dina quickly narrowed down our options and then scheduled convenient showings for when we could be in town for just a day at a time. We even felt comfortable enough that we trusted her to do some FaceTime showings for us when we could not make the trip. Dina is incredibly knowledgeable and uses her creativity to craft strong offers. When our first contract started to go south prior to closing by no fault of our own (problems on the sellers end) Dina supported us in making the decision to pull out and immediately started gathering up new listings for us to see. She got us back under contract with a new (and better) home in less than a week! We cant recommend Dina and her team at Blueprint Residential enough! She made what could have been a really stressful experience buying a home from out of state, on a deadline, during the height of the market actually a fun and enjoyable process.
