What makes Dina truly exceptional is her ability to be both a supportive presence and a total professional - she provided exceptional emotional support throughout an emotionally-charged process and made me feel completely secure at every step. I never felt pressured by her at any point. On top of that, she managed my expectations - always keeping them realistic, then consistently exceeding them in ways that amazed me. I loved how she took charge when needed but also knew exactly when to step back and follow my lead. She didn't sugarcoat the tough stuff but always kept things positive and focused on solutions. In short, I will not work with any other agent but her.

ZillowVERIFIED Dina was such an amazing advocate (way more than just a real estate agent) for my wife and I as we navigated both buying a new home and selling our condo. She took all the administrative burden off our hands (including signing documents, scheduling open houses and showings, following up with potential buyers and negotiating directly with a "for-sale-by-buyer") and made what is a very stressful process, very manageable! She knew when to push on our seller and read the buyer market for our condo perfectly which allowed us to get the best value for our condo. She was incredibly patient in walking my wife and I through her thought process and go-to-market strategy and guiding us along the way. She also is incredibly well connected and put us in touch with a great contractor to make updates on our new home (and her recommendation saved us $15K+ on the cost of our updates!). Incredibly helpful when dealing with such large dollar amounts. If you are looking for a collaborative, responsive and fun-to-work-with agent (who will go to the mat and fight for your best interest) Dina is your gal! And if you aren't looking for someone described above....WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?! We will definitely be working with Dina if we ever move again.

Dina helped us buy our very first home and made what could have been a very stressful process straightforward, incredibly quick, and honestly, a real pleasure. Dina was as invested as we were in finding the best home for us within our budget, and made herself available 24/7 to answer any questions, calm my anxiety (truly), run to see a place, and most importantly, get us under contract. We didn't expect to find our apartment so quickly, and we were incredibly fortunate to be one of the first people to see an apartment during it's first day or two on the market, put our offer in (only hours later), and get under contract the very next morning. Some highlights about working with this team for us: They are responsive, knowledgeable, listened to our needs and wants, flexible with our schedules, and offered honest, supportive advice throughout the home buying process. While going through the buying process from out of state, Dina quickly narrowed down our options and then scheduled convenient showings for when we could be in town for just a day at a time. We even felt comfortable enough that we trusted her to do some FaceTime showings for us when we could not make the trip. When our first contract started to go south prior to closing by no fault of our own (problems on the sellers end) Dina supported us in making the decision to pull out and immediately started gathering up new listings for us to see. Within a day or two, I was visiting the condo with one of her wonderful associates, and they had also lined up a few other places on the block for me to visit. The next weekend, she hand-selected 7 more places based on the feedback I'd given from our first set of visits--and I found the condo of my dreams (in fact, I also found a backup condo). Together with her associate, they negotiated the sellers down by $6,000 (in a seller's market), set me up with a terrific mortgage broker, and got me under contract. Dina's guidance was superb, her eye for real estate is terrific, and she's incredibly empathetic and a great listener--she heard what I said I wanted and also observed what it seemed I was really drawn to, and showed me the perfect places.
