RLAH @properties

Coral was an outstanding partner on the sale of an investment property that we owned in Arlington. She was extremely helpful in assessing what improvements we needed to make in order to make the apartment more attractive to buyers. Coral also recommended a great contractor to make the needed improvements and repairs in order to list the property. Once completed we were able to sell the property in less than a month and had multiple offers. Thanks again Coral for your outstanding service and help.

Coral is WAY better than five stars, but Zillow only lets me give that many....... This was our third time working with Coral (we actually bought the house with her ages ago and just sold it) and I look forward to more transactions in the future. This was no easy sale - after nearly two decades as a rental, let's just say things were a hot mess. Oh, and we don't live in the United States, so things were even more complicated. Coral was on top of everything the entire way - from analyzing what needed to be done, to overseeing the work, to facilitating transactions for us that we couldn't do from outside the U.S........ the list goes on. Suffice it to say that she was, once again, amazing. I have an incredible amount of respect for, and trust of, Coral Gundlach. Trust me, review readers, you won't find a better agent.

Coral was outstanding, I could not have asked for anything more. She held my hand when I needed it and was tough as nails when that was needed. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and honest. Her support staff was outstanding as well. I trust her completely and I would strongly recommend her. You will be in good hands!

Coral came highly recommended to my by some friends and didn't disappoint! She helped walk me through the process of preparing my home for sale, got a buyer within 3 days of listing, and helped my navigate an "eventful" path to closing. Will definitely be using her again in the future!

Coral Gundlach with RLAH has our highest recommendation. We are extremely picky clients with very high standards, and Coral exceeded every one of them. She sold our home in the Yorktown neighborhood of Arlington in under 24 hours, at 5% over asking aEUR" in a soft market, during a slower time of year. That result pretty much says it all. What truly set Coral apart was how genuinely invested she was in our success. She believed staging would make a real difference, and she contributed $2,000 of her own money to help make it happen. That level of commitment is almost unheard of, and it spoke volumes about her dedication to her clients. We had every reason to be nervous going into this sale. The market had cooled, we were listing during a less active season, and we didn't have any personal references to guide us toward a good realtor. From the very first interview, though, we knew Coral was the one. Coral is incredibly data-driven and results-driven. She doesn't operate on guesswork aEUR" every recommendation she made was backed by solid market knowledge and a clear strategy. We wanted to spruce up the house before listing, but we had a tight timeline and a limited budget. Coral told us exactly what to prioritize, where we could cut costs without sacrificing impact, and which improvements would actually move the needle for buyers. She also tapped into her network to connect us with excellent contractors on short notice at great prices, which would have been impossible for us to do on our own. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, strategic, well-connected, and genuinely invested in getting you the best possible outcome, look no further than Coral Gundlach. She turned what we feared would be a stressful, drawn-out process into a smooth and incredibly successful sale. We recommend her without reservation!
