Rivertown Rose Real Estate

Ron is a devoted real estate agent who helped us find our first home. We were looking at condos but he directed us into homes in our price range. We found a fixer upper that was perfect. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

I used Gotham West realty to make my home purchase. Ron was not only incredibly responsive, but was able to very quickly put a professional comparative home analysis together which allowed for a speedy deal and saved me money!Would absolutely utilize Rons services again and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to either buy or sell property.

Ron was great helping us get our house rented - particularly because were remote from the EU, he went above and beyond being our local resource making many trips past the property facilitating walk throughs and even helping us identify some issues we needed to address before our new tenants moved in. Will 100% continue to work with Ron!

I approached Ron Cohen to help me find an investment property, after having consulted 3 other agencies, through which I saw 11 other properties. Ron focused on my specific needs, and the 3 properties he showed me had never been accessed by the previous agencies, and one of them turned out to be a great deal for me. This guy was generous with his time, knowledgable, and energetic. I have recommended Ron in the past to another investor, and also to a Latin American family (for a rental) and in both cases the people were very thankful to me.
