Kristen was wonderful from beginning to end. She was quick to respond and offered valuable knowledge and expertise. She helped guide us through the inspection and got us a reduced price during subsequent renegotiations. She found experts to price the repairs that were recommended so we would know what we were getting into. When we arrived from out of state late in the evening, she arranged for our house key to be in a lockbox so we could go in immediately. She inspected our home after the previous ownets moved out and had her own cleaner come and do an additional 90 minutes of cleaning so it would be beautiful for us. There were flowers and a welcome basket when we arrived and she even ordered us pizza the next day, which was a welcome surprise after a long day of unloading the truck and unpacking. I would highly recommend working with Kristen.

Kristin was great! She was always available to answer questions. She worked behind the scenes to make sure necessary services were up and running before my arrival. Moving is stressful, its nice to know someone is watching your back through this process. I would highly recommend Kristin and her team.

Kristin helped us buy our new home and sell our old home. She is direct, no nonsense, and clear while also maintaining humor, keeping a stressful process simple, and just over all as easy as possible. She has an amazing network of professionals and expertise to draw on who helped us with out any issues. We will be recommending Kristin to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!

Kristin exceeded our expectations! She was extremely responsive, and went out of her way to take care of even the smallest details. Having purchased and sold multiple properties, I can honestly say Kristin was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with!

Kristin is confident, smart, and really funny! She made our home buying process really smooth!!! She goes above and beyond for her clients and makes sure they are truly happy in the end!! She literally saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!Thanks so much Kristin!! We are truly blessed!
