Denise Rivellino was great! She worked for over three years to sell my house. She never gave up and encouraged me when I thought it wasn't going to happen. I would highly recommend Denise and her team for all real estate dealings. Denise worked quickly when small items needed to be taken care of from the house inspection. She worked with gas company needing to get in the home to restart the furnace after neighborhood work was done.

joe was very knowledgeable with the sales in the area. he was able to give an accurate estimate on the property. he was able to walk us, as new sellers through the process and explain in simple terms the entire process.

She was great in walking me through the process, going over all the steps, and coming up with ways to make my offer as appealing as possible. I just closed during the COVID situation and she made that as smooth is possible!
