We contacted Jerri when we were throwing around the idea of selling our home in Redmond, with the hopes of moving back to Bend. The Central Oregon market can be challenging so it seemed like a daunting task. From the very first meeting Jerri made us feel confident in our decisions, and we felt like we had someone in our corner the whole time. She was a pro when dealing with fairly needy buyers and really looked out for everyones interest. She even contacted various lenders trying to get a better loan for the people buying our house. When it was time for us to start looking for our new home, she listened to our every needs. She even had a little meeting with our kids to find out what they wanted for their new house. She really does pay attention to every detail. The process was so great! We found our dream home close to work and close to great schools. If you are considering buying or selling a home, I would hands down recommend Jerri. She very much knows how to navigate the central Oregon housing, works great with other agents and lenders, and is just a great person. Kudos to Jerri!

Surely the best I have dealt with. If you know me, I have a million and one questions and often times I get short answers as if I am being annoying. Jerri did not make me feel like that at all. Even though I am sure I asked the same sort of questions, she still answered them very delightfully which made me happy. She was quick on her responses and if she needed time to figure something out, she always told me how long it be, which never was more than a day's time. She was able to help me find what I wanted, even with my list being super long. She was a superstar in my eyes. Her smile just warms my heart because she just knew I was getting overwhelmed by things, she just smile and tell me "I will figure this out, don't worry" and she did. I just want her to be with me everywhere I go, she is just amazing. If I could have everyone i know just go to her, i would be so happy. I promise, she is the best.
