He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision I wasnt comfortable with. Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially when youre dealing with inspections, appraisals, negotiations, repairs, escrow, a VA loan, and all the unexpected things that come up along the way. Leo kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained what was happening and what would come next, and was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. Even when I was stressed or probably overthinking something, he never made me feel like I was bothering him. By the time we reached closing, I felt completely different from when I started. What initially felt intimidating became something I actually understood and felt confident navigating. And when everything finally came together and I officially became a homeowner, I knew I had made the right choice in who I trusted to help me get there. I can not find words to describe how much effort she put in order to fit clients' very specific needs. Very responsible to the job, and very helpful.
