I recommend Chad as a realtor to anyone and everyone. My husband and I met Chad through our friend. As young, somewhat naive, first-time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea about what to expect. Chad far surpassed any idea of what we thought our realtor would help us with in the home buying process. From helping us to negotiate an offer below asking price (in the Bay Area market, no less!) to being a true partner in navigating a tricky loan situation, to meeting us at nighttime to see what our neighborhood would look like (even though he has a young family), and to just being a friend to talk to about our frustrations in the home buying process, Chad was always there for us. Chad's professionalism, communication skills, knowledge of the Bay Area housing market, skill in assessing potential issues in homes (due to his exposure to the construction industry), and ability to act as a partner during the process is truly a rare find, especially in comparison to other realtors I had contacted before we were introduced to Chad. They had not an iota of the overall skill set that Chad possesses. Should I ever sell or move again, I can't imagine using anyone but Chad as our broker or realtor. My husband and I can't say enough about how amazing Chad was to work with, and we hope to cross paths in the future!

Buying a home with Chad is as if your are working with one of your long trusted friends. He listens to your needs, accommodates your schedule, and always offers you the best options. Now that looking back for 6 months, we feel very fortunate to have worked with Chad and made our home purchase in Dec 2017. Despite the extremely challenging market in the Bay Area and our bare minimum 10% down pay, we successfully purchased our first home (3B/3B), with a price on par with listing, and at a very desired neighborhood in San Jose. Chad helped us avoided emotional purchase by offering us detailed comparison of pros and cons. When me and my husband were dreaming of a Los Gatos mountain home, he patiently walked us through 5+ homes and educated us how this isnt the best suit for our family.Chad offered us expert knowledge leveraging his background in architecture and construction. He provided detailed estimates on the cost of fixes for the homes and helped us avoid bad surprises and over-bidding. After our closing, Chad also introduced us to reputable contractors (flooring, deck repair) who were able to deliver excellent work at a reasonable price. Chad focuses on building a long term trust relationship with his clients. And this is very critical when you are making one of the toughest and most critical decisions in your life. We trusted him 100% when we were making our decision and we are feeling very grateful that we did so.
