Marilyn did such an AMAZING job. She made my first time homebuying process so easy. Outstanding communication skills! A friend actually referred me to Marilyn and she got in contact with me within just a few hours, we then met in a few days. She is really on top of everything. Marilyn really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a house. Every house we saw whether that be in person or just online she made sure to point out all pros & cons of the house to make sure it was meeting my families needs. The day we saw the home that we liked, the applications were being reviewed that night so she worked at lightning speed to get our offer put together and submitted!
