It was truly a wonderful pleasure working with Bee on our recent 1st home purchase! She is definitely one of most knowledgeable, friendly, honest and real human being I've had the pleasure to get to know. She guided us from the very beginning in the direction that we wanted to go and didn't fumble once along the way. She understood our goals and worked extremely hard to ensure we achieved those goals.....and we did! She soars above and beyond, seeing what lies ahead and sets you up for success! Thank you so very much Bee for everything you did and went through for our family. Your name will be shared by us for whomever we know is in the market. You're #1.

David and Miranda were an amazing team to work with, you truly get two for the price of one! They were both very responsive and knowledgeable every step of the way. They took the time to listen to us and find out what we were looking for in our new home. We were able to quickly sell our home above asking price and purchase our new home under budget. Their passion for real estate is evident through their dedication and hard work. We would work with them again in a heartbeat and readily recommend them to anyone looking to buy and/or sell. ~ The Grace Family

Randy Churchill found a property that checked off almost all the boxes. We had given up on this parcel because it stretched the budget. He helped negotiate a great deal and made us very happy.

I cannot recommend a better real estate agent than Ben! He communicated with us closely every step of the process. From home showings to getting creative with the lending options, Ben made sure that we were taken care of. If you are looking for an agent who is attentive to what you are looking for in a home, this is your guy! Thank you again Ben!

I was an out of town owner of a rental property in Richard's market area. Richard and his team have provided excellent property management of my rental property for the last 14+ years and also provided excellent listing and closing assistance for the same property recently. I highly recommend Richard and his staff to take care of your real estate needs.
