RHP Real Estate

Justin did a fantastic job in the sale of our house. He was always very communicative and offered answers to any questions we had. He definitely kept our best interest in mind and held that standard the entire process. We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Justin for anyone who is looking to move around or into Arizona.

RHP Real Estate - Outstanding commitment and service once again! Justin Schlegel of RHP Real Estate provided the valuable time needed for our next home search. He was spot on with his insight on market timing and pricing, and once again successfully negotiated the purchase of our new home! You cannot ask for a more dedicated agent! Thanks Justin!

I had Justin and let me start out by saying he is the best of the best. He sold my cousins house, my grandmas house, and now my house. He walked me through everything, he was a realistic view when these interest rates got rocky and we were selling, he was always honest, reviewed options, and even had game plans to ensure this sell was going to happen and positive the whole time. Not even 2 weeks and my house had a contract. We were able to sell our home and move to Illinois. He's the man! Honestly buying or selling he is motivated and will make what you need happen! I wanted to add so further comfort, he does a 3-d walk through, photos are breath taking he hires for, and your house is Facebook famous since it deserves to so more attraction for selling. You deserve to get Justin and he will work for you. Even recommendations for repairs, realtors for out of state people like myself moving to Illinois from Arizona. He is remarkable. Try him yourself and you'll see why I rave about him.

Justin helped my family and I list my mothers house after she passed. He wasn't pushy and was really easy to work with. It took us a while to get all of her stuff out of the house and once we did he did a walk through giving us feedback. He helped find a new buyer after the first one fell through. The house was on the market for a few months, it was a stress free closing. I would definitely work with him again.

Justin did a fantastic job selling a rental property in Peoria for us. His professionalism and excellent communication throughout the process made the whole process so smooth and easy. His marketing strategy made the home very appealing to prospective buyers so We were in escrow in less than a month. Cant thank Justin enough for a great experience all the way around.
