RETSY FORBES

Kris was definitely the right person at the right time to sell my Phoenix home. It was because of her knowledge of the real estate market and professionalism that my home was sold in a relatively short period of time. I was largely away from the area during the home showings and for any home updates/repairs that were needed at the property. That is where Kris stepped up and did an outstanding job with all the coordination needed. Kris also gave welcomed advice on what to expect during a home sale and how to navigate through the process which can be overwhelming to those not familiar with real estate transactions. Grateful for a job well done by Kris!

Kris was amazing and I would highly recommend working with her! We were referred to her by friends, and we have referred her to other family that has loved working with her as well. She made the first time home buying process so easy? from sending us listings to review in our price range, setting up viewings, negotiating us an amazing deal and making closing/escrow SO easy. She worked seamlessly with title company and lenders, helped us to schedule repairs and was available for all our questions and concerns. Kris was knowledgeable, kind, easy to work with and so very helpful.

Working with Kris to purchase a home was truly an amazing experience. Her energy, attitude, and expertise is truly unparalleled. Ive worked with other realtors in the past who added to my stress levels. Instead, working with Kris made the process truly enjoyable. I trusted her fully and we ended up closing on our absolute DREAM home... and super fast too!

Kris was amazing!!! She was so helpful and knowledgeable in every way and truly went above and beyond to make our home buying experience go smoothly. We are currently out of state so she did everything for us. Truly a life saver and a great realtor!

Kris was so knowledgeable, helpful, calming and patient during my YEARS long experience in searching for the perfect home. She walked and talked me through every step of the process. Kris made herself available any time of day for questions and guidance. I would work with Kris again in a heartbeat!
