I do not live in Green Bay and Diane quickly assessed the extra support I needed with respect to removal of home content and donations to worthy causes. Diane Campshure Walczyk was trustworthy, responsible, knowledgeable & responsive when we needed her. Her daughter Whitney was also.I set up an appointment to look at the condo & Diane Campshure answered my request for a showing. Her daughter Whitney worked with us on the showings, purchase & was very responsive to our ?s. Whitney also noticed water coming in under the garage door, when it was raining, so we could request that be fixed before we moved in. She went above & beyond in washing out cupboards & vacuuming, when we had no time to do that after our walk through & before we were moving in. Diane sold our home, once we bought the condo with no contingencies, so we could get it. Diane sold our house using a bump clause, where we had 48 hours to accept another offer that did NOT have a contingency for selling their home first. We did get an offer for more money AND no contingency. She took care of all the paperwork, even helped the buying realtor for the 1st offer, so the first offer would be released properly. She did a fabulous job & I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!!
