Our relationship with Jessica started very serendipitously... we were looking for a home in a certain area (out of state) and she appeared! She knew the area well that we were interested in and she had just taken a listing in that hard to get in community! Serendipity! We bought the new home and she sold ours! She was very professional and helped us and the very novice broker that brought the perfect buyer fo the deal - All in, she was GREAT! We became close with her and her young family. We will always keep them in our hearts and they will always be welcome in our home!

Jessica is outstanding, top notch and excellent at what she does. She is very knowledgeable and certainly knows how to sell a home. Her work rate and work ethic are impressive and she has the tenaciousness of a Pit Bull. Our home was under contract in less than seven days for list price. Unfortunately due to the buyer's financials we had to reduce the price slightly to ensure the deal went through. In comparison, several homes that are or were comparable to the one we sold, have either been on the market for several weeks or months or have sold or have had the price reduced by approximately $15k below what we eventually sold ours for. Mind you due to Jessica's work we were under contract for our initial list price. I cannot say enough about her and her work. If we had not moved over two thousand miles away I would definitely employ her again and again. I can not recommend more highly. If you value a real estate agent, who is a tireless worker, tenacious, quick to respond, personable, experienced and most importantly a good person with a good heart, look no further.
