Requisite Luxury Properties

Lisa was a great listener during the offer review process helping to make the transaction details clear up front. She was very responsive and helped get the remaining inspections done efficiently. There were some errors in the title report and escrow which she helped to get rapidly corrected. I would welcome working with Lisa again. Sge is a knowledgable and committed agent,

Working with Lisa was a wonderful experience. She is a consummate professional, a highly skilled negotiator who really knows the Santa Barbara area real estate market well. She kept me informed every step of the way and was always, no matter what, available for questions. She is a person of honesty and high integrity. I absolutely trust her and felt I was in safe good hands throughout the entire process. She is a kind, patient, just simply a lovely person. It was a great pleasure to work with her.

When I first met Lisa, I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy yet. Lisa was ready and supportive for whatever decision I would make. From the first time I met her, I could tell she genuinely wanted what was best for me. When I was ready to buy, she gave me her professional advice, but always let me make the final decision. I don't know how I could have gone through the buying process without her help.

Lisa is a true professional! She did a great job in every step of the sale, and we were very pleased with the results. She had great vendors that we used throughout the sale. Her attitude and work ethic were fabulous. She regularly updated us and was proactive. Highly recommend her!

Lynda Elliott was enormously supportive in helping us find a wonderful Santa Barbara replacement for our lost Pacific Palisades home. She understood exactly what we were looking for and managed all the usual complications of house purchase in a way that made us feel safely taken care of. As well as being an accomplished and knowledgeable realtor she has a wonderful and kind personality and has become a good friend.
