We worked with Sara to buy our first home in Castro Valley. She was very responsive and provided a lot of information about each home we viewed. She primarily covers San Joaquin county, but took the time to learn about the unique needs of Alameda county to help us stay informed throughout our purchase. She is professional, cares about everyones time, and feels as emotionally invested as we did during the whole process.

Ana Pereyra is kind, smart, and gets things done quickly! We have gone through her for a few of our properties. I appreciate how honest and available she always is for us. The best!

What I enjoyed most about working with Sara was her openness and her open communication. She would always let me know what was going on, even if she hadnt heard back on certain things. I honestly did not expect the process to go so fast but Sara got us into contract within 3 days and she went to bat for us multiple times throughout the escrow process. The ebb and flow of the process took us through different emotions and Sara was there to reassure us it was all normal each time. I am definitely sending anyone inquiring on buying a house to her and If I could buy a million houses Id use her time and time again.

They say choosing the right realtor to represent you reallymatters. And that we did with choosing Ana to help usbuy/sell our homes. We've worked with her since our veryfirst house purchase and this recent one was our thirdand last as she helped us find our forever home. Ana hasbeen nothing but helpful and on top of things with herteam. Ana is very knowledgeable and any questions we'vehad she's very responsive and answers. We'd ask her tocheck on things regarding more info on the home. Yetagain, she's on top of it and is quick. We've referredfriends and family to Ana and she's helped them and haveheard nothing, but good feedback about Ana from them.Overall, we've had a great experience with Ana as ourrealtor and representing us thru our buying/sellingprocess. Thank you again for helping us find our foreverhome, Ana! We appreciate you and everyone involved.-The KC family

Sara helped me find the perfect home. Her knowledge about home sales and lending was more than helpful, it gave me confidence that we were in the right hands. Sara makes you feel like you are her only client. She is very patient and understanding of what you are searching for as your perfect home. I highly recommend her for your buying or selling needs.
