Remax Town & Country

We listed our home with Kristen and she managed the sale perfectly. Her team is the highest quality in the industry. Kristen's knowledge and direction made the process so much less stressful Our home had multiple offers and sold above the appraised price with only one amazing Open House. Thank you Kristen!!

Dave was there at exactly the time he said he would be EVERYTIME. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects pertaining to real estate and shared his knowledge in a simple way that made me feel smarter for the experience. Dave does what he says he's going to do and goes above and beyond EVEN after the sale. I felt like I gained a friend not just someone that sold my house. I know that's what salespeople do but not after the sale is done. That might not mean a lot to most ppl but to me it only confirmed how I felt the first day I met with him. As the market has slowed Dave got in done in a very short time.

Yanvi have been patient and kind throughout the process, and we really appreciate it! Her understanding have made this a smooth transaction, even in the face of difficulties. she is sincerely an honest, humble, hard working, and professional Real Estate Agent. We couldn't be happier with our new home! Thank you Yanvi

Selling our home was a seamless experience thanks to David Ballew. From day one, his communication was absolutely incredible. Dave and his team kept us updated every step of the way, promptly answering every single question we had, and made sure we always knew what to expect next. We never felt in the dark. Plus, they move fast- they got ur house sold in less than a month!!! His professionalism, constant availability, and clear guidance turned what could have been a highly stressful process into a smooth successful sale. If you want areal state agent who truly listens and gets results quickly, we highly recommend David Ballew (RE/MAX Town &County Realty).
