We had a very disappointing experience working with Cindy Iorio. Communication was a constant issue aEUR" texts and phone calls were rarely answered in a timely manner, which made an already stressful home purchase even more frustrating. In todays market, responsiveness is critical, and that was lacking throughout our transaction. There were also several unprofessional moments that raised concerns. She shared personal stories about her washer and dryer damaging her clothes, then later tried to sell us those same used appliances, apparently forgetting what she had told us. That did not sit right. During the process, she discouraged us from getting a home inspection because the property was new construction. In hindsight, that advice was not in our best interest. Buyers should always be encouraged to protect themselves. Additionally, her professional profile photo does not accurately reflect her current appearance, which felt misleading and unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, slow, and lacking transparency. We did not feel guided, protected, or prioritized as clients. I would not recommend working with her.

I live out of state and thankfully Ron was so wonderful with the sale of my elderly moms home and helped her find and purchase her new home. I first met Ronn Rutan approximately 9 months ago when I was reviewing homes on Zillow and expressed an interest in touring one of the homes. Zillow put me in touch with Ronn, and he has served as my only broker/realtor since that time. Ronn is very knowledgeable in the Prescott market, and he was very helpful and patient while I explored several properties. Once Ronn became more tuned in to what I was looking for (which, admittedly, sometimes changed during the past nine months), he sent me additional listings that might suit our needs. I never felt pressured to commit to a property, and Ronn always made himself available and was very encouraging throughout the process. Once we zeroed in on a particular home that appeared to "check all the boxes," Ronn (along with his office staff) was extremely thorough and efficient in making sure all questions were answered and all documents were processed correctly the first time. I felt that Ronn always had my best interests in mind during the negotiation process, and I'm confident that he communicated with respect and professionalism to the seller as well. Ronn is also very well-connected, and quickly provided me with names of local contractors (handyman, locksmith, utilities, etc.) to make the first couple of weeks post-signing much more convenient. Ronn is a consummate professional, and I would definitely recommend him when looking to buy or sell a home.

Cindy was a tremendous local resource for us as we completed our home purchase remotely. She knows Prescott real estate inside and out, and has a network of inspectors, escrow agents, handymen et al she recommended and who were great. She even got us a deal on some new appliances!
