ZillowVERIFIED My experience working with Paul was 5/5 stars. I interviewed a few realtors and Paul's initial presentation to earn my business, was unsurpassed. While other realtors came to me with stapled pages from their home printers, Paul presented me with an actual bound book with color glossy pictures of comparable homes as well as market trends. He walked me through the book, explaining each page. Furthermore, he listed my property well above what other realtors recommended and netted me more cash than what the other realtor's suggested listing price. Moving onto negotiation skills, Paul has over 30 years' experience and it definitely shows in his ability to leverage. Paul is completely rounded in his skill set and I couldn't be happier. On a final note, Paul is great to work with because there is no "fluff", no "personal opinions" only professionalism. Selling your home is stressful, but Paul makes it emotionally seamless. I have bought and sold four homes over the course of my life and by far I would highly recommend Paul Schneider as my "go to" realter hands down.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is a major life decision, that is why it is important to find a realtor that will really listen to all of your wants and needs and try to find the best possible solution. Paul was very knowledgeable about the area, he was available anytime and he honestly cared about finding me a place. He helped us find the right places to do the repairs that were needed on the property. He even went out on his own and got a water sample of the well water to send in for testing. I was very impressed with Pauls professionalism and his caring. Paul also negotiated a great deal for us on the property. I would definitely recommend Paul to all my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Geoff Hyland and the Hyland Schneider team after my house had been on the market for 6 months with no success. To say that I was frustrated at that point is an understatement. I interviewed Geoff and another top agent in town and discussed the house, the feedback from showings to date, the market, their strategy, and how each would add value and bring a successful conclusion to my situation. Geoff had a consultative, but very direct approach in outlining his view of the property, it's desirability in the market, what needed to be done to address that, and how quickly he thought those things would lead to a signed offer. And, he literally put his money where his mouth is. He got the listing. Short story - two weeks after going back on the market I had a signed offer in hand at 100% of list price. Additionally - I was able to draw on Geoff's network of service providers; from carpet cleaners, to surveyors, to flooring contractors, to electricians, to pump suppliers, to roofers. This network was instrumental in working through the inspection process and ultimately closing this deal. From handshake to close of escrow Geoff communicated in-depth about where we were, what our options were, and how he recommended proceeding. Bottom line - selling a home in the mid six figures in Prescott (especially a stale listing as in this case) is absolutely in the wheel house of Geoff and the Hyland Schneider team. I rely on his counsel and believe others will be well served to do so.
