REMAX Checkmate Inc., REALTORS

Michael Butler is awesome! As a homeowner and investor with 30 years of real estate transactions under my belt, I can confidently say that Michael is among the best in the profession. He is top-notch in all ways that you would hope, he gives the profession a good name. I was delighted to pay the commission and felt that I got my money's worth.

Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgable during my home buying process. He was both patient and responsive with questions. Micheal is passionate about what he does, and it surely shows. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Michael was such a pleasure to work with on finding our home! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we found one that not only fit our budget, was everything we needed/wanted, but he was very thoughtful and caring when I asked him his honest opinion on things since he views more homes than me. I was very pleased by how respectful he was/still is with us. I want to also state that my kids absolutely adored him and he was so kind and patient with them even when they were very excited to view homes. I couldnt have asked for someone better to assist us with making the process smooth and getting closing done as fast as possible. Thank you again Michael for everything, we couldnt have done it without you!

Michael Butler, a True Professional in every way. Michael went so far above and beyond helping us sell our house even prior to getting our listing. He and Callie Weaks held an open house for us to assist us prior to the listing. The entire team at True North were incredibly talented, knowledgeable and professional in every way. Michael has an awesome future with his ability to maintain focus, communication, ethics and professionalism. We wouldn't hesitate one second to utilize his services again. Just like Allstate insurance, You're in Good (Great) hands with Michael. We gained a Real Estate Agent and a valued friend. Thank you Mike and the entire team at True North. We will miss the Tri Cities area.
