Dan Simms was a great help with our home search. We relocated to a new area and he listened to our wants & needs and found us the perfect property. He guided us through the entire process, from offer to closing.

Before we were even ready to be considered serious buyers, Dan spent time with us to help navigate the process and showed us some houses to give us an idea of what homes in our price range would look like. When we were fully ready and had our house under contract, Dan met us in a couple of different areas to look and determine what might be right for us. He continued to hang in there when two offers/potential contracts fell through. While he was on vacation, he kept in touch and put us in touch with another realtor so that are search would not be stalled. He is very knowledgeable, both about the areas in which we looked as well as about home structures and issues that could be potential problems. He was honest, forthright and constantly in communication with us. We landed in a happy spot and we are grateful to Dan for his help along the way.

Dan is the best realtor my husband and I have worked with. He goes above and beyond for his clients and hes always easy to touch bases with! We cannot wait to work with him again when were finding our forever home.

Dan is the type of real estate agent you want in your corner...he was always accessible, professional and kind. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He would almost always accommodate your schedule for showing the houses. He gave his honest opinion of the houses... he just wasn't looking for a sale. He wanted to make sure you were buying the right house and that you were going to be happy. Even after you put the down payment on the house he stayed around to help the lawyers where, in my experience, the real estate agent usually disappeared and left the rest to the lawyers, never to be seen again. Even after the closing he still made himself accessible if you had any questions. Dan takes his job seriously and it shows!!
